This event is huge for families needing holiday assistance. Registration includes access to Toyland, Bikeland, Clothing Pavilion, Coats for Kids, Shoes for Kids, Mattress Pavilion, groceries, hot meals, and more!!!

TICKET OFFICE HOURS OF OPERATION

(YOU MUST COME IN PERSON TO GET YOUR EVENT TICKETS)

  • Tuesday, November 18th thru Thursday, November 20th, 2025,
    9:30 am to 2 pm
  • Saturday, November 22nd 
    9:30am to 2pm
  • Tuesday, December 2nd thru Thursday, December 4th
    9:30 am to 2 pm
  • Saturday, December 6th
    9:30 am to 2 pm
  • Tuesday, December 9th thru Thursday, December 11th 
    9:30 am to 2 pm

 

HERE IS WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING

  • Proof of ID
  • Proof of residence (utility bill)

If you don’t have ANY Income (please let the clerk know upon arriving)

  • Payroll stubs for 1 month (Must Meet federal poverty income guidelines)
  • Birth Certificate for each child that’s living in the home with parents. or legal guardian
